Chao and Associates, Inc. is a Columbia, South Carolina based consulting engineering firm that has experienced continuous growth since our inception in 1987. Founded and managed by Jimmy Chao, our firm specializes in many areas including structural engineering, civil engineering, land surveying and asbestos surveying.
