Jon Copeland along with his wife, Crystal. Jon, Crystal and their daughters moved to east Texas in 2009. The family loves calling Mount Vernon home and being very involved in the community. Before Copeland Construction, Jon worked alongside his high school shop teacher building homes in Northern Nevada for 12 years, learning all aspects of the building process while being held to a very high standard. His hands were on every part of every project for years. Jon now brings those years of experience and dedication to quality to his role as general contractor for Copeland Construction.


Copeland Construction works with homeowners to make their dream a reality while keeping budget and efficiency in mind. Most of Copeland Construction’s work is located along the shores of Lake Cypress Springs and Lake Bob Sandlin. Over the years, the company has completed a variety of projects including additions, remodels, decking and garages as well as many custom homes.
