Located in Orange County, California, RICAURTE PRECISION INC.’s 14,400 square foot facility includes 25 CNC machines (5-Axis mills, Lathes, Swiss Screw and Wire EDM machines) equipped with automated bar feed and pallet systems for lights out (24/7) machining allowing for JIT (Just In Time) manufacturing. Our Turnkey services include laser engraving, assembly and various finish processes. We fabricate over 200 different parts per month in a wide range of metals and plastics with tolerances of +/- .0002”. All RICAURTE PRECISION inspection equipment is calibrated in accordance with and traceable to the requirements of ISO 10012, ISO 17025 and ANSI/NCSL Z540.1. All material and processing certificates are saved through our secure, cloud-based ERP and immediately accessible to ensure timely and accurate referencing.
