J. Caye Premier Dining, Inc. intends to utilize the resources of a Mentor Large Business in order to fulfill the requirements of this contract. Southern Foodservice Management, Inc. (SFM) will be J. Caye Premier Dining, Inc.’s Mentor through a Joint Venture LLC, named Southern Premier Foodservice, LLC. Southern Foodservice Management, Inc. is a large corporation with a history of providing national contract dining services, with Regional Operations in sixteen states. Southern Foodservice Management has excellent experience developing, managing and providing onsite dining programs for many of the country’s top Fortune 500 Companies, the Federal Government, Sports Venues and Industrial Locations & Educational Systems. Southern Foodservice has the capability to provide internal Human Resources, accounting, payroll, IT and support staffing, as well as management capability and the ability to provide onsite labor to meet requirements for large-scale and complex dining programs.
