Window Services is committed to protecting our environment and building owners' investments in their existing building stock.
We have specialized exclusively in commercial window repair since our inception in 1990 and recently begun offering additional services, such as pin-hole insulation, to further reduce fuel consumption and carbon footprints.
We refurbish windows for 10-30% of their replacement cost - achieving air infiltration rates comparable to AAMA specifications for new windows, and dramatically reducing window U Values by installing high-performing triple pane glass units in existing window frames.
These improvements are quantified using third-party envelope testing companies, engaged by the building owners, who test the air infiltration rates of the windows pre and post repair.
