Project Description: The East County Services Center project is in East Contra Costa County, within the City of Brentwood. The site currently comprises seven parcels: six contiguous lots, located south of Technology Way and East of Business Center Drive, an additional lot to the south with provides additional frontage along Brentwood Boulevard. The combined area of the project site is approximately 7.8 Acres. The proposed East County Services Center is a new, 3-story facility totaling approximately 120,000 GSF. The design allocates primary public-facing services on the first two levels including a generous civic plaza to the north facing Technology Way, while the 3rd floor is dedicated exclusively to staff functions. The site will include surface parking areas designated for public, staff, and fleet vehicles. Staff and fleet parking will be located within a secure perimeter to the south, with controlled access to ensure operational safety and efficiency.

Project Schedule: Anticipated construction start is March 2026 with a ~20 Month schedule duration.
