LADWP Advanced Utility Relocation 1. Installation of LADWP underground conduit, new power poles, and electrical vault in Doran Street and W. San Fernando Road. B. Doran Street Grade Separation Segment 1 City of Glendale. 1. Removal of existing improvements, except in the area immediately adjacent to the rails, which will be completed by SCRRA contractor(s). 2. Construction of roadway including curb, curb and gutter, sidewalk, driveways, and miscellaneous improvements within the sidewalk and driveways. 3. Construction of asphalt pavement on crushed miscellaneous base materials. 4. Installation of storm drain and catch basins. 5. Protection and/or relocation of existing utilities in place and/or coordination with the utility owners, as indicated on the Plans. 6. Removal of asphalt pavement within the at-grade railroad concrete panel vehicle crossing in coordination with SCRRA contractor(s) as indicated on the Plans. 7. SCRRA's contractor(s) will be constructing the removal of rail, ties, crossing panels and railroad signaling equipment, including conduits, wiring, and active warning devices.
