Nibbi Brothers has been selected as the General Contractor for the Trillium Senior Housing project. We are in receipt of the 75% CD Set Dated October 14, 2025 and are currently requesting bids from qualified subcontractors. Trillium Senior Housing proposes 65 units of 100% affordable housing on East St. John Street in San Jose, California. There are 62 one-bedroom units, 2 two-bedroom units, and one unit for the property manager. The building is four stories of Type VA wood construction, with a maximum building height below 45 feet above grade.
