The job site for the Combination Dial and Locking Device Replacement project is located at the Ontario Armory, 950 N. Cucamonga Avenue, Ontario, CA 91764.

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Combination Dial and Locking Device Replacement located at Ontario Armory, 950 N. Cucamonga Avenue, Ontario, CA 91764. Work to include: The Contractor shall perform replacement of the combination dial and locking devices for existing GSA Valut Doors at various locations at the Ontario Armory to current Department of Defense Lock Program Standards. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov with the subject title BID FOR EVENT# 35677 - DO NOT OPEN. Bidders are not required to visit the worksite.¿Bidders are responsible for satisfying themselves as to the local conditions, to accurately measure area and ensure the actual area of work for the preparation of their bid.¿Contractors bidding without visiting the worksite, do so at their own risk. An Optional pre-bid job walk is scheduled for 5/29/2025 at 11:00 AM. Please review and adhere to the requirements as set forth in the link (DoD Lock Program (navy.mil). All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Joy Lubic, at Joy.Lubic@cmd.ca.gov no later than 4:00 PM on 6/2/2025. Email subject lines must state RFI FOR EVENT# 35677.
