The job site for the Annual Power Generator Inspection and Maintenance Service is located at Stockton AASF, 2000 Stimson Road, Stockton, CA 95206.

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Annual Power Generator Inspection and Maintenance Service located at Stockton AASF, 2000 Stimson Road, Stockton, CA 95206. Work to include: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the Annual Power Generator Inspection and Preventative Maintenance Service at the Stockton AASF. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov with the subject title BID FOR EVENT# 35690 - DO NOT OPEN. Bidders are not required to visit the worksite.¿Bidders are responsible for satisfying themselves as to the local conditions, to accurately measure area and ensure the actual area of work for the preparation of their bid.¿Contractors bidding without visiting the worksite, do so at their own risk.¿Bidders can schedule a worksite visit by contacting SSG Brandy Llamas at (925) 351-9716. All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Joy Lubic, at Joy.Lubic@cmd.ca.gov no later than 4:00 PM on 5/30/2025. Email subject lines must state RFI FOR EVENT# 35690.
