The total budget for the entire contract is Five Hundred Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($500,000.00).

The estimated contract term is three months, as indicated by the timeline for the review and submission of the final report, which includes two rounds of edits over this period. Additionally, there is an option for the State to renew the contract for one additional six-month period.

California Air Resources Board (CARB) has successfully implemented regulations over past decades that have substantially decreased criteria pollutants and greenhouse gas emissions in California. Despite these monumental successes, more emission reductions are necessary throughout the State. Addressing ozone nonattainment, as well as other air quality standards, will require reducing Nitrogen Oxide (Nox), Hydrocarbon, and Particulate Matter (PM) pollutants.
