The estimated contract term for the agreement is two (2) years, commencing on July 1st, 2025, and ending on June 30th, 2027. There are also three (3) options to renew for one (1) year periods.

California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) is inviting you to review and respond to this Request for Offer (RFO), entitled RFO ¿ ITS 1346 ¿ CAD GIS Mapping. The Offeror must hold a current Technology, Digital and Data Consulting, Master Service Agreement 5-22-70-25-001 to 359. The mission of CAL FIRE is to serve and safeguard the people and protect the property and resources of California. CAL FIRE is requesting a contractor to improve the GIS data quality for CAL FIRE¿s Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system. The improvements will enhance both emergency response and public safety. CAL FIRE requires the assistance from the Contractor to utilize established business practices for updating map geometry and feature attributes, improving vehicle routing, assist with the setup and configuration of an ArcGIS Enterprise Server solution, and identifying and implementing mapping standards as defined by CAL FIRE and National Emergency Number Association (NENA) standards.
