Department of Parks and Recreation, Oceano Dunes District, is seeking bids for the project entitled, Heavy Equipment Rental, reference C25554001. This project will provide heavy equipment
rental of (1) 500+ hp rubber tracked tractor and (1) approx. 20 cubic yard pull behind dump scraper with hydraulic controls. 

The San Luis Obispo County Air Pollution Control District (APCD), Dust Rule 1001, requires the California Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) to take measures to reduce dust emissions at Oceano Dunes State Vehicular Recreation Area (ODSVRA). The renting of Heavy Equipment allows DPR staff to implement proactive measures associated with Dust Rule 1001 requirements.
