The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain proposals from qualified proposers to implement a more functional, robust, and advanced email platform that enables the Lottery to use email effectively and efficiently, while also evolving and optimizing this critical communication channel for increased productivity, better engagement, and more effective marketing campaigns to meet our strategic goal to become player focused and continue to improve the player experience.
The resulting contract from this solicitation will provide the Lottery with an email marketing and campaign management solution, including implementation services and ongoing customer support.
