The context specifies that the Contractor must possess a C-10 - Electrical Contractor license issued by the California Contractors State Licensing Board (CSLB) to perform the work required for the contract.

The DVBE Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to perform a one-time electrical diagnostic inspection at the CMD Joint Forces Headquarters to identify the root cause of inverter fault codes and inverter data acquisition communication issues using industry-standard methods. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov. Subject line must include the IFB No. 125026, Inverter Error Diagnostic Service and Contractor Business Name. Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk on 1/21/2026, at 10:00 AM at Joint Force Headquarters Readiness Center, 10601 Bear Hollow Drive, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Failure to arrive at the designated meeting location by the scheduled start time may result in disqualification from submitting a bid. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk may be considered non-responsive and may not be allowed to bid on this project. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the pre-bid job walk site by contacting Jordan Bernal at Jordan.Bernal@cmd.ca.gov. The prime contractor MUST possess a type C-10 - Electrical Contractor license. All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Jordan Bernal at Jordan.Bernal@cmd.ca.gov no later than 5:00 PM on 1/23/2026. Email subject lines must reference IFB No. 125026.
