The Governor¿s Office of Land Use and Climate Innovation (LCI), in partnership with the California Strategic Growth Council (SGC), is seeking a certified small business contractor to support a statewide series of Catalyst Convenings. These regional meetings will help advance equitable climate, energy, and land¿use priorities by connecting local and regional government partners with state agencies, tools, and resources.
The selected contractor will support planning and execution of nine convenings to be held across California from 2027 through Spring 2028. Responsibilities include:
¿ Event planning and project management
¿ Outreach and engagement
¿ On¿site day¿of support, including audio/visual services
¿ Development of materials and synthesis of meeting notes
¿ Production of signage and branded materials
¿ Coordination with speakers and key stakeholders
¿ Final reporting
Venue selection will be conducted collaboratively with LCI.
Certified small business vendors are encouraged to review the RFQ and submit a quote.
