Description
This Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit competitive proposals from experienced and qualified contractors to design and implement targeted communications and outreach strategies. The strategies will be used to inform audiences about California Climate Investments, especially priority populations, to help increase awareness and access of programs. In particular, the Proposer will help the State reach disadvantaged and low-income communities, Tribal communities, and other stakeholders through (1) project narratives, (2) outreach events, and (3) communications strategies and outreach campaigns.
