The "job site" or "work site" is defined as the area of actual construction and the areas immediately adjacent thereto, as shown on the plans or as specified. The contractor is required to limit construction operations to the work site unless otherwise shown on the plans or specifications.

All non-military personnel seeking access to the installation must be vetted prior to entry. Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk on 6/17/2026, at 10:00 AM at San Diego Air National Guard, 7288 Convoy Terrace, San Diego, CA 92111. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Failure to arrive at the designated meeting location by the scheduled start time may result in disqualification from submitting a bid. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk may be considered non-responsive and may not be allowed to bid on this project.
