The Office of Emergency Services is looking for approximately 2,038 nusf of office and 4,500 of warehouse space for a total of 6,538 nusf in the City of Redding plus 14 parking spaces. Buildings submitted must: 1) Be Asbestos Hazard-free upon occupancy; 2) Accommodate State plans, specifications, seismic safety, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable codes (California Building Code & Title 24); 3) Be close to public transportation; and 4) Comply with Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise requirements.
