The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to develop lists of Independent Evaluators (IEs) qualified to review and assess electrical corporation implementation of their approved Wildfire Mitigation Plans (WMPs), assist electrical corporations in assessing their safety performance, and perform safety inspections of new and existing electric distribution and transmission systems. Energy Safety is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms interested in being on the IE Lists to perform the various functions outlined in the Scope of Work.
