The Judicial Council seeks to identify and retain qualified technical staff augmentation staffing agencies under a number of master agreements to supply the Judicial Council, Supreme Court, and Appellate courts, each a ¿Participant,¿ with high-quality, cost-effective, professional technical staff.  The master agreement holders will serve as the qualified bid list for Participant¿s professional technical staff requirements for the duration of the master agreement contract term.  This RFP is the means for prospective technical staff augmentation staffing agencies to submit their qualifications to the Judicial Council and request selection for award of a master agreement as a result of this RFP.
