CSU is soliciting proposals for the following goods and/or services:

The primary purpose of the Campus Health Center "CHC" is to provide urgent and primary care services to campus students at a state university with an enrollment of approximately 8,000 students.

As a secondary function, the CHC may provide health care services to faculty, staff, dependents, and campus guests, provided that such services do not adversely impact care available to students. The CHC also seeks to identify collaborative opportunities and leverage support from local and regional resources.

The detailed Scope of Work, performance standards, and deliverables are set forth in the Scope of Work section of this solicitation. CSU reserves the right to award a contract in whole or in part, as deemed in the best interest of the University.
