Contractor agrees to provide to Caltrans all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, disposal costs, traffic control, vehicles, fuel, and crane/hoist, permits, travel, and any incidentals necessary to perform the following: thinning, pruning, skirting, removal of shrubs and vines; chipping, above-ground removal of trees, clean up, and proper disposal of all debris generated by the tree trimming operations including palm trees and palm debris.
