Description
Contractor agrees to provide to Caltrans all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, disposal costs, traffic control, vehicles, fuel, and crane/hoist, permits, travel, and any incidentals necessary to perform the following: thinning, pruning, skirting, removal of shrubs and vines; chipping, above-ground removal of trees, clean up, and proper disposal of all debris generated by the tree trimming operations including palm trees and palm debris. Stump grinding or removal is not allowed under this Agreement.
