Purpose and Description of Services
1. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, vehicles, tools, materials, parts, permits, supplies, travel, legal disposal/recycling of waste, and incidentals required to maintain, repair, restore, and replace HVAC systems to Caltrans in Monterey, San Benito, and Santa Cruz Counties.
