Contractor shall provide all labor, parts, materials, supplies, tools, vehicles, equipment, travel, and incidentals necessary to replace the fire alarm and detection system for the office and maintenance buildings located at 500 South Main Street, Bishop, CA, 93514. The services include obtaining State Fire Marshal (SFM) approval; obtaining all permits; building, installing, and testing the new fire alarm and detection system; removing the existing system; providing training on system operation and maintenance; and performing final clean-up.
