Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) all labor, equipment, tools, parts, materials, supplies, licenses, permits, disposal fees, travel, and incidentals necessary to replace existing access card readers, replace existing security cameras, and install a new network video receiver security system.
