See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services. Estimated budget cost $67,212.00 for three (3) year term. Current contractor and cost: Clark Services for Parking lot sweeping and pressure washing and/or steam cleaning services. Parking lot sweeping cost per month $1,290.00 and pressure washing and/or steam cleaning cost per month $800.00 Total cost $75,240.00 for thirty-six (36) months
