1. Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) all labor, tools, materials, supplies, permits, vehicles, equipment, travel, and incidentals necessary to remove, furnish, and install 12 existing exterior windows including frames, hardware, components and related items utilizing historical preservation techniques, and in accordance with the California Historical Building Code (CHBC), to Division of Equipment Headquarters Shop Office Courtyard Area.
