Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, vehicles, equipment, travel, working drawings, permits, and incidentals necessary to remove existing fencing, dispose of off-site, relocate and reinstall salvageable fencing, and install new fencing, gates, expanded metal mesh to fencing and bollards to Caltrans.
