Solicitation Overview
The City of San José - Office of Retirement Services ("ORS") is soliciting responses from qualified vendors to provide internal audit services and advice to each Retirement Plans' Boards and ORS staff.
It is anticipated that the initial term of the agreement resulting from this solication will be two (2) years with four (4) two-year options to extend.

BASIS OF AWARD is Non-Price Determinative: This solicitation shall be awarded based on an evaluation of “best value” as per the evaluation criteria specified in the solicitation documents.
LOCAL/SMALL BUSINESS ENTERPRISE PREFERENCE: The City’s Local and Small Business Enterprise (LBE/SBE) Preference is applicable to this solicitation. If your business has an office in Santa Clara County and a valid City of San José Business Tax Certificate, then you should refer to the solicitation documents for further information on applying for this preference. This preference may not be requested after the solicitation closing date/time.
