Solicitation Overview The City of San José is soliciting responses from qualified firms or individuals to provide a full suite of recruitment and marketing services, including the development and implementation of media campaigns, strategic public relations, and targeted outreach to prospective applicants for employment with the City. ESTIMATED QUANTITIES: Any quantities specified herein are the City's best estimate of the quantities that will be purchased; however, they are not guaranteed. Any variations from these estimated quantities shall not entitle the bidder to an adjustment in unit pricing or rates.
